Hi, I'm Arielle!

As a therapist with both lived experience and clinical skills, I help kids and parents using a Person-Centered approach. I utilize Child-Centered Play Therapy, Principles of Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment Theory, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT.

I am licensed in Virginia as a Resident in Counseling, License #0704014304. I practice under the direct supervision of Stacey Bolt, LPC.

I completed my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Human Development at Radford University. I have worked in both the university setting and in community mental health supporting families and their children experiencing a wide range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and more.

As a parent of one biological child and three step-children, I have first hand experience of the stressors and joys of parenting and creating a blended family.

When I’m not  working with clients I enjoy gardening, playing board games, and spending time outside with my family!
